Counselling Services

Welcome

Hello and welcome.

Reaching out for help is a big step, I hope that this page will give you a good understanding of my counselling approach and the support that I can offer you.

If there is something that is upsetting you or an issue you are struggling you do not have to deal with these problems alone.

Due to the current situation with Coronavirus I am unable to meet clients face to face but I am conducting sessions online and by telephone. I hope to offer sessions in person when lockdown has eased.

I am based near Bath but work online with clients across the country.

My Approach

I am a Humanistic Practitioner. The Humanistic approach is based on the idea that each person is the expert of themselves. When things are difficult to process a Humanistic practitioner focuses on empathising with a client in order to support them in understanding and processing their feelings and experiences.

I can offer you a safe and confidential space where we can look together at the things that are difficult for you and explore how you would like life to be. I endeavour to create, a kind, thoughtful environment and accompany you on your journey to greater fulfilment.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change" - Carl Rogers, Founder of Person Centred Therapy
